Henry Jacob Propst was born on March 15, 1861 in Bollinger, Missouri. He was the youngest of seven children to parents Alfred Propst and Catherine Seabaugh. We first find Henry listed in records in the 1880 census in Whitewater Township in Bollinger County, Missouri.
