Franklin L. Clements (1882-1923)
Franklin L. Clements was born on December 30, 1882 in Bollinger, Missouri. He is one of the oldest of ten children to parents Henry J Clements and Wilhelmina “Mina” Lix. In the 1900 census, the family is living in Whitewater Township, Bollinger County, Missouri. Franklin lists his occupation as a farm laborer.
