Pearl Clements (1921-1972)
Pearl Clements was born August 15, 1921 in Missouri. She was the youngest of six children born to parents Franklin L. Clements and Ida May Propst. Pearl is first found in the 1930 census. The family is living in Randolph Township, St. Francois County, Missouri. They are renting a house in a single family dwelling and paying $10 per month for rent.
